Industrial Precision Stainless Steel Pipe Mills
Tube mills for various grades of stainless Steel. Stainless Pipe Mills manufacture a wide range of stainless steel tubular products to serve and wide range of industries. The size range is from 4.76mm to 325mm in diameter with wall thickness from 0.5mm to 14.00 mm with lengths up to 20m.
Provide welded stainless Pipe and pipe depending on your application. In addition to standard sizes and traditional grades such as 304 and 316, we can also provide custom tubing and pipe in many of the ferritic, martensitic, and precipitation hardening grades. Special Pipe finishes are also available.
Based on the features of ERW426 High Frequency tube mill line, we design the machine for your reference:
Process flow: Un-Coiler→ Strip joining→ accumulator→ Forming Section→ Welding Section→ Cooling→ Anti-twist device for seam→ Inner Seam ironing→ Seam polisher→ Pre-Sizing Section→ Cleaning→ on-line Annealing Section→ Sizing Section→ Turks Heads→ Cut-off Section→ Pipe collector.
