ERW219 High Frequency welded pipe production line/ ERW219 High Frequency tube mill line
High‐frequency welded pipe mill line is designed to produce round pipe diameter of 88.9 – 219.1 mm, and wall thickness of 3.0 ‐12.7mm.This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape. The products conform to BS1387 / ASTM A53 / API 5CT / EN10219 Standards. The application of advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system and British Eurasia Digital speed‐regulating unit ensure that the production line works reliably and operates and maintains easily.

Function
This pipe is used especially for Petroleum, Natural gas, City gas, Pipe network, Chemical industry, Electricity, Steel truss, Water and Gas pipeline; it is widely used for a variety of pressure pipelines.
